Procedure of Services
Step 1: Contact The Voice Trade by utilizing the contact form on this website.
Step 2: Wait for response, via email or telephone, from The Voice Trade. Response could take up to 72 hours.
Step 3: Once contact is made and services are agreed upon, you will receive a contract detailing the project and an invoice for your total cost including the estimated completion date. Services must be Paid In Full upfront before the start of the project.
Step 4: You will be contacted to review a sample of your audio project in the best method deemed necessary for your specific project.
Step 5: When sample is approved the completed file will be sent via the designated option stated in contract. (ie Hightail, Dropbox, Email or Jump Drive)
**Refunds are only given if The Voice Trade is unable to complete the project to customer satisfaction. If refunds are issued the file remains the sole property of The Voice Trade. The customer will not have access to the file.**
